God invites us to do what we can to feed the hungry around us.

James 2:15-17 - If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?  Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Every year our church partners with other churches in North Haven to provide food for the needy in our community.  We donate, pack and deliver Thanksgiving and Christmas food "boxes" to over 100 families.  These deliveries include, a frozen turkey, two full boxes of non-perishables food items, a bag of produce, and a bag of dairy items.

We take food collection throughout the year that are used to fill a food bank that operates throughout the year out of the Congregational church in North Haven.  But during the holiday season, we strive to be an extra blessing to those in need.

You can help by bringing non-perishable food items to church on any given Sunday.  The collection cart is in the church foyer.  You can also help by making a charitable donation using the link below.
